I got a ton of chocolate at target on clearance after Easter. Only 5 bags survived & made it into the jars though. I borrowed my friend's jar vac and sealed my M&M's up in jars. Don't they look fun? I'm sure chocolate will be essential to one's year supply.
Now tomatoes:

My mom sent me 3 boxes of tomatoes to can. I only did one batch as this was my first time doing tomatoes, but I did make a large batch of salsa, and homemade tomato soup, and gave some away. I can't wait to do some more, we love tomatoes!
My cereal score:

A gal in the ward got me hooked on this money saving blog, Bargain Moms.
I got all this for $4! What a bargain. Now I just have to keep the kids from eating all the granola bars in one day. Most of this is going into my 3 month supply.
Hailey: a year supply of cuteness (at least)

I hope I have inspired some of you to work on your food storage. It sure is fun to see my closet filling up with food. I will try not to be such a bad blogger. I do have some cute scrapbook pages to post but will have to do that when I have more time. The kids are off to the primary activity so I must jet.
